Zola’s Upcoming Surgery
In late 1982, after experiencing some symptoms of heart trouble, Zola underwent a triple coronary bypass operation with six grafts using veins from his leg. In 1994, he had two angioplasties to improve his circulation.
This procedure should have lasted for ten to fifteen years, which would have taken Zola to about 1997. Zola believes that it was the intercessory prayer that he received from his very large television audience that has sustained him for the past 23 years since his first bypass—long beyond expectations.
Recently, he again started having some heart-related symptoms. In June, he had an angiogram and found that two of three coronary arteries are blocked again and the third one is 70% occluded.
Zola’s cardiologist advises that, although this is not an emergency situation, it does need attention. Without the surgery, Zola would probably last another three or four years. With it, he could go on for another twenty-two.
The recovery from the operation is expected to take up to three months.
For about six weeks, he won’t be able to work very much on newsletters or television programs. He does expect to be all right for the November Israel tour. He at least plans to go to New York, see the tour off, and have the usual orientation session at the JFK chapel.
Zola requests that rather than send flowers or other items, that you send him your prayers. He also asks that you continue your support of this ministry during his absence, when donations can sometimes drop off.
Besides praying for Zola (and, as always, praying for the Peace of Jerusalem), Zola wishes to remind you to also pray for others in your lives that need intercession.

Dear Zola,
I just found out about your surgery and I want you to know I will be praying for you from now on. When I became a Christian 20 years ago, it was your program that gave me a deep love for the Jewish people and for Israel (I knew very little about the Bible or Jesus or Israel). That was before the internet and I never ever missed your program on TV and just drank in every word. I got to go to Israel once in 1988 with a small church group. I would have loved to have gone on your tour, but the one at the church came up and I was able to go. Unforgettable and I want to go again someday, with you!!! You are so important to so many people. I trust the Lord to bring you through and keep you here with all of us who love you and need you!
Sincerely,

His ministry is concentrated on Health and staying well.
Here is his website, have a look and if you can get his book called “A More Exellent Way”
Many people with heart and circulation problems have been healed by doing the most practicle heart searching and doing it God’s way.

Dear Zola, We are praying for your quick recovery. We have enjoy your 4 tapes “Israel the Church and the Future”. It is so encourageing. I have been sharing the tapes with others and they too are encouraged. Your minstry has been helpful to me and my husband as we go into Care homes, prison min. and rehab centers, childrens facilities. They all need to hear the Good News and it is so rewarding to see them light up as they hear that Good News. Location, that was such a good point you make in your tapes. We love you and really appreciate your ministry.

ATTENTION ZOLA!!!!!
I keep getting thrown off line…this is my third attempt to get this message to you!!! Why have this major, invasive surgery when there is available a safe, effective, non-invasive procedure? Most conventional doctors poo-poo this procedure, but I am telling you it works…my 83 year old father, David, who has had heart problems and high blood pressure problems told his doc, “no surgery…give me EECP!” It stands for something…External…I cannot remember…but I am telling you this works…my father can walk around freely now…no more unpleasant symptoms…I’ve even seen him bend over to get something…he could never bend over before!!
The doctor is Dr. Julian Whitaker…he is somewhat of a maverick in the field…and gets plenty of criticism for his wonderful work…yes, he is a natural doctor, and many other conventional doctors resent him because he treats the problem, not the symptoms…
Please consider this safe, non-invasive procedure…EECP…I can send you info…I will send you info when I can find my brochure…Dr.Whitaker also has a website, but I don’t know it right off hand…Please talk to as many doctors as possible…why go thru such a major ordeal, when help is so simple and available???
I am pushing it hard because I’ve seen what it has done for my 83 year old father…he’s has had major heart problems for years…the docs keep telling him to get a by-pass, but he is no longer interested in major surgery…EECP has been the miracle for him…Please consider EECP…we love you Zola…and one of these years, I and my husband wish to join you for a tour of our beloved Israel…
Shalom,
Tani

Hi Zola,
I have asked my churh(Gateway Faith Fellowship, in Fulton,Illinois ,61252) to start the prayer chain going for your good surgery and quick recovery. Please consider it done, In Christ Amen.
I have watched your program many years and ,with-in the last several months, you aired a bit of a much older program to stress a point. I had forgotten how young you were when I first saw you on TV in Chicago, in the 70’s. Thank you for your time and patience with all of us “Chritians” who didn’t have a clue back then and thank-you for still having patience with all of our ignorances.
My hope In Christ is that all of Israel will be safe and peaceful and that the Mighty Hand of God, through Christ will be lifting you up away from any worries. I understand you have cause to worry, but faith , yours and ours who will pray for you , will be put in it’s place and I pray for the peaceful minds of Zola and his family. May God Bless You and Yours,Zola. In Jesus Christ, Amen.

Zola, my wife and I will pray for a safe operation and your speedy recovery.
We have been a long time listener and supporter of your ministry. (Started when we first heard a TV broadcast on a ST.Louis TV station—“A Christian Love Story”). That has been about 30 years ago. You have blest us in a greater appreciation of the Jewish Nation and how GOD is still in control.
In Christ, Walter & Rita Ries, Rolla, MO.

Dear Zola, We are praying for you friend… interceding on your behalf over the surgery ahead. Remember, if you will, this promise of Gods Word–written and sung from the hymn–His Eye Is On The Sparrow.
“Let not your heart be troubled,” His tender word I hear,
And resting on His goodness, I lose my doubts and fears;
Though by the path He leadeth, but one step I may see;
His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me…
We love You Zola. We support the wonderful work of your HEART on the call that God has placed on your life for the Holy Land of Israel. Shalom >
With His love and prayers for You,
Diane & Doug Gillett

First of all, I am a believer in the Word of the L-rd. By the stripes of Yeshua you WERE healed and I truly believe with every fiber of my being that the covenant Yeshua signed with His blood is valid in your life. Therefore I believe you are healed. Whether it manifest by divine intervention or whether it manifest with modern medicine, I pray that the L-rd does it whatever way seems good to Him for with Him nothing is impossible and every good thing comes. Be it so!
I, along with my ministry staff, shall pray for you until we hear the good news of your victory.
I empathize with you, yes, but also with your family. My father has gone through many heart problems and is facing mitral valve surgery after a triple bypass so I understand how these situations are. But I have a greater faith in the L-rd because He is not finished with you yet.
So rise up my dear friend and be blessed and healed and may the healing power of the L-rd touch you
in a powerful way. I believe it to be at work in you at this very moment.
I want you to know you are a blessing! I will fast tomorrow that your healing manifest. Until it does, I pray that you dwell in the secret place of the Most High and stay in the shadow of the Almighty. I take authority over any fear and release my faith and love for your healing.
Thank G-d that we have been redeemed from the curse of the law of sin and death! Thank G-d that
in that redemption our healing exists. And thank G-d He is no respecter of persons.
Shalom Shalom!

Dear Mr Levitt, May you know the peace that only God can give you through this time. My Husband and I will be praying for you. This operation is done so much now, they have it down like a tonsilectomy. Know peace and much peace for your family. Love your programs and the items you offer for sale. We are the only family in Cherokee County, Oklahoma flying the Jewish flag, thanks to you. Be well, my friend. Much love comes your way.

Dear Zola,
Shalom. I am sending you a book about Chelation Therapy, “FORTY SOMETHING FOREVER”. I know that once you are aware that there is an alternative, you can say goodbye to bypass surgery which is
nothing more than a bandaid fix. It treats the symptoms, not the problem. It’s like having a house with bad plumbing and you only replace the worst one. The rest of the plumbing is still bad! They are doing nothing to treat the condition.
Gentlemen or Ladies,
We operate a website http://www.connectfriend.com that has real time audio and video technology that we are offering free to active military personnel. The site was created for friends and family to enjoy the real time audio and video while saving money on long distance phone charges. Since we have the technology, and the need to help our Troops and their families, we are offering two free memberships per active military status. Our troops are using prepaid phone cards to stay in touch with their loved ones at home. Our dream is to enable our troops and their families to see and hear each other. Our website “hosts” the audio and video. There is absolutely nothing to download or install. The families can send audio and video clips and/or visit face to face. There can be nothing more precious then to see the face or hear the voice of your loved one that is so far from home.
We have a Links page with the category of “Soldiers in Christ”. May we provide a link to your website?
I thank you for the wonderful, factual information and education you provide. I look forward to your monthly newsletters, and enjoy you on Internet TV. I’ve learned more about Israel’s history and God’s plan for Israel from you. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Take care of yourself, we need you.
I do pray for the peace of Israel and I pray for our Lord’s second coming. After all, there will be no peace in Israel until the return of our Lord.
In Him,
Linda Eichler

We have been blessed by your program. I learn a lot about Jews and Christianity. In my sermon in our Chruch HKBP – Huria Kristen Batak Protestan ( Batak Etnik Chruch in Indonesia ) I always ask my church member to pray for Israel. We also pray for your health. Dear Zola,
I’m a volunteer and prayer warrior for Bridges for Peace in Minnesota. I also love your ministry and will be praying for you during your surgery on July 28th (tomorrow). I’ve had surgery twice this summer and If I could I’d like to give you some advice- Please, allow yourself time to rest and recover, even when you start feeling well enough to do more. I realize your a very busy man, but sometimes the Lord wishes for us time to rest and wait on Him for our strength even when our schedules don’t always allow it. My prayer for you is that you will find His peace and strength during your recovery time. Peace and many blessings to you in the name of Yeshua!!!

Dear Zola:
I have only recently learned about you and your ministires through a dear friend of mine. I am looking forward to taking a trip with you and your wife one of these days.
I cannot only sympathize with you, but also with your wife. My husband and I have been going through the same thing for the last 23 years. Life has been much like a roll-coaster for me, not knowing from one time to the other if my husband was going to pull through, or not. I finally learned to let go, and let God take the raines, and just go with the flow.
I will certainly keep you in my prayers, and am looking forward to one of your trips to the Hold Land before to long.
